OUR STRATEGY

We provide high quality development programs for groups and teams in higher education, corporate leadership, military/government agencies, and nonprofits. We use active learning strategies and assessments to pursue a more healthy community culture (work environment, school organization, community group). Saga guides individuals to draw on their own character to capitalize on the advantages of collaboration. We believe that group development is a process that occurs over time, with individual reflection, group discussions, and a commitment to improve.
